graagh.
theres something magical about opera, and music in general.
go listen to Paul Potts singing Nessun Dorma for Britain's got Talent. it puts tears in your eyes.
18 years around and nothing has spoken more to me than music.
every song has a story,
every story, an emotion,
and emotions speak right to the heart.
regardless of who you are,
there is a certain allure that music presents to us- a certain attraction.
and its that immense emotion that gives music the power to bring tears to our eyes.
yes, it is psychological, and probably can be compartmentalised into traits and qualities, but no words can ever describe what music does to someone, in its entirety.
who can describe the magic of Mozart's Magic Flute?
who can really put everything about an emotion into words?
it reminds me that even though the world around us can seem rather harsh at time, we cannot allow ourselves to become so cold that we forget that we are, afterall,
human.
and what makes humans speical is our ability to
feel emotions.
so don't let your anger, fear and anxiety make you build walls around who you are, but embrace humanity.
=)
good week, friends. and all the best for the rest of the A levels.
