explanations.

if there was anyone who was actively not indifferent, i'd think i'd be right at the top of that list.

firstly, i believe that respect must be earned and not given blindly to any appointed individual. appointments are nothing without proof of capability. and it is in lieu of this that i would possibly come across as, say, disrespectful or hostile. but see things as i see things. there is no intelligent person in the world who appreciates having to obey, listen and conform to a party, a way of thought or a person without having respect for the person first and foremost. and as i mentioned,

Respect comes with proof. and i'm not one to maintain the social niceties as an amicable front to hide the truth.

secondly, non-opinionated rebels truly do not represent a mature society in anyway. the idea of rebellion, or at least, non-conformity ( to put it nicely), is an idea that takes root from clashes in theologies, ideas and beliefs. as such, true rebels are not people who blatantly break laws and challenge authority just for the sake of it, but because they believe that their collective actions would achieve the intended results.

we should not scorn on rebels. they revolutionize the world today. karl marx was a rebel. abraham lincoln was a rebel. winston churchill was a rebel. hitler was a rebel. these named people are completely different people who range from a spectrum of democratic to authoritarian, to barbaric. but they all have one thing in common : they have a zealous ideal.

people always say that there is no place for the zealous in today's society. i say wrong. there is room for the zealous. but a moderate sort of zealous. a fervor and passion shown not through violence and killing and hurt, but through words, opinions, thoughts, feelings and reason.

REASON liberates, while IGNORANCE destroys.

so until you pass judgement on who a person is, why he acts the way he is,

think.
and think hard.

about:

why
who
what
how
when

and the answers will come to you.
