monday - run with victor & maurice. estimated about 16-18km.
tuesday - rest day
wednesday - run with maurice est 18-20km
thursday and friday - rest
saturday - 8km
sunday (tomorrow) - early morning training, 24km long run
overall mileage = 58 - 62km.
not bad for a first week. time to boost my mileage even more.
